Crustless Squash Pie

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion in the butter until softened, then add the squash and garlic and continue until the squash is slightly limp.
  2. Whisk together the cheese, eggs and herbs, season to taste, then add the squash/onion mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole, top with the bread crumbs, then bake at 375 until the center is set and the bread crumbs lightly browned.
